Hutan Lindung Egon Ilimedo Terbakar, Apa Penyebabnya?

Memasuki musim kemarau yang datang pada bulan Agustus-Desember, hutan lindung Egon Ilimedo di Kabupaten Sikka, NTT kembali terbakar. Kejadian ini seperti mengulangi kebakaran yang terjadi pada tahun-tahun sebelumnya. Perkiraan sementara kebakaran terjadi akibat ulah warga yang memiliki kebun di sekitar kawasan hutan.

Dalam bulan Agustus 2017 kebakaran hutan di Egon Ilimedo terjadi di perbatasan antara Kecamatan Waigete dan Mapitara sudah terjadi sebanyak dua kali. Kebakaran terjadi pertama pada tanggal 7-8 Agustus, sementara kejadian kedua terjadi sejak tanggal 16 Agustus 2017.

Yayasan KNCV Indonesia promotes effective, efficient, innovative and sustainable tuberculosis control strategies in Indonesia.  We are an organization of passionate TB professionals, including doctors, researchers, training experts, and epidemiologists. We aim to stop the spread of the TB epidemic and to prevent the further spread of drug-resistant TB.

INOVASI- Various positions for North Kalimantan and Sumba

INOVASI is a four-year (with the possibility of an extension for another four), AUD 49 million program. It will collaborate closely with the GOI at the district, provincial and national level to develop and implement action-oriented research and pilots to answer the broad question: What works to improve student learning outcomes in Indonesia? It will focus on three sub-topics of investigation: the quality of teaching in the classroom, the quality of support for teachers, and learning for all.
