KOMPAK Strategic Partners – STRENGTHENING PUBLIC FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT CAPACITY TO IMPROVE BASIC PUBLIC SERVICE DELIVERY

KOMPAK, is an innovative, demand-driven program that supports the Government of Indonesia in its efforts to reduce poverty and inequality. Supported by the Australia Indonesia Partnership, KOMPAK supports the Government of Indonesia’s poverty reduction agenda to improve the quality of and to increase access to health, education, legal identity services, basic infrastructure and to increase job opportunities for the poor.

Indonesia Project Research Grants 2016/2017

To stimulate research cooperation between Indonesian and Australian research institutes, the Indonesia Project of the Australian National University and the SMERU Research Institute invite research proposals for funding collaborative research projects in any of the main research themes of the Indonesia Project:

(i) Trade and Industry
(ii) Politics and Governance
(iii) Agriculture, Resources and the Environment
(iv) Social Policy and Human Capital.

Indonesian Academy of Sciences (AIPI) will organize the 2nd Indonesian Frontiers of Social Sciences and Humanities Symposium that will be held in Bogor, 4-6 November 2015. The 1st Indonesian Frontiers of Social Science Symposium was held in Lombok (17-19 October 2013) and was attended by 40 best young social scientists.
