KOMPAK Strategic Partners – STRENGTHENING PUBLIC FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT CAPACITY TO IMPROVE BASIC PUBLIC SERVICE DELIVERY

KOMPAK, is an innovative, demand-driven program that supports the Government of Indonesia in its efforts to reduce poverty and inequality. Supported by the Australia Indonesia Partnership, KOMPAK supports the Government of Indonesia’s poverty reduction agenda to improve the quality of and to increase access to health, education, legal identity services, basic infrastructure and to increase job opportunities for the poor.

Working at both the national and sub-national levels, KOMPAK builds on the more than 20 years’ experience Indonesia has had on decentralisation and community-driven development programs. KOMPAK strongly values strategic partnerships and recognises that engagement with government, academics, private sector, and other like-minded organisations will bring stronger impacts and a higher likelihood of achieving program goals.

KOMPAK is issuing this Request for Tenders with a view to selecting suitable organisations for the KOMPAK Research and Monitoring and Evaluation Strategic Partners Panel. Experienced organisations with capability across one or more research and M&E technical areas are sought for the panel. Organisations will then be selected from the panel to undertake specific pieces of work to support the design and implementation of the KOMPAK Research and M&E program as required.

Eligible tenders should include:

1.     All information specified in the Request for Tender (RFT) document; and
2.     Tenders forms provided in the Request for Tender document
