Nutrition International (NI; formerly the Micronutrient Initiative) has supported the VAS program in Indonesia since 2009 in 12 districts of six provinces (North Sumatera, South Sumatera, West Java, Banten, Riau and West Nusa Tenggara). A coverage evaluation survey was conducted by NI in 2012 comparing NI-supported and non-NI-supported districts.

Economic empowerment of women is a complex concept that covers many dimensions. A lot of factors contribute to this, such as productive resource, norms, behaviours and institutions. While the economic empowerment of women, through their own ventures or through their participation in organizations, has proven to be beneficial for business, there is still a long way until gender equality will be reached.

Fasilitasi Kerjasama Antar Instansi (FKAI) adalah salah satu bentuk bantuan pemerintah (banpem) yang dilaksanakan oleh Sekretariat Direktorat Jenderal Kebudayaan, Direktorat Jenderal Kebudayaan, Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan RI. Banpem ini ditujukan bagi instansi/ lembaga yang bergerak di bidang kebudayaan. FKAI tidak diperuntukan untuk kegiatan kesenian atau tradisi tapi lebih ke kegiatan kebudayaan secara general, sasarannya adalah kegiatan yang mampu menginspirasi dan memberdayakan masyarakat setidaknya diingkungan dimana intansi/lembaga kebudayaan itu bergerak.
