ACTED worked on the reconstruction of two elementary schools, where students were still studying under temporary tents distributed two years earlier. The water and decontamination infrastructures of these schools were also improved thanks to the construction of high quality latrine blocks with a rainwater collection system. The latrine construction was reinforced by the organisation of a comprehensive hygiene education training program for children, parents and teachers.
