IDLO RULE OF LAW PROGRAM INDONESIA
In November 2014, IDLO was selected by the Minister for Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands to manage a substantial part of the rule of law program.
IDLO is in-charge of ensuring the coherent and efficient management of the Indonesia Netherlands Rule of Law Fund (“RoL Fund”), in alignment with the Indonesian National Long-Term Development Plan (RPJPN) 2005-2025. IDLO’s main responsibilities are the identification, implementation and monitoring of activities supported by the Fund, while facilitating and strengthening collaboration among Dutch and Indonesian institutions working on rule of law initiatives. The primary objective of the RoL Fund is to support the development of effective, accountable and inclusive justice sector institutions, and ensuring equal access to justice in Indonesia..
The International Development Law Organization (IDLO) kindly requests your Company/Organization to submit a Proposal for Vendor for Training and Legal Clinic for Women Micro, Small and Medium Entrepreneurs Indonesia – Netherland Rule of Law Fund Program.
This Request for Proposal (RFP) consists of the following Annexes. Please be guided by these in preparing your Proposal:
i. Instructions to Offerors (Annex 1)
ii. Terms of Reference (TOR) (Annex 2)
iii. Proposal Submission Form (Annex 3)
iv. Price Schedule (Annex 4)
v. IDLO General Terms and Conditions for the Procurement of Services (Annex 5)
Interested entities may obtain the full set of Request for Proposal on or before 13 August 2019, 15.00 PM, Jakarta time by sending an e-mail to awardhanto@idlo.int. Pre bid meeting will be held on Thursday, 15 August 2019 at 10.00 – 11.30 AM. Proposals should be submitted no later than Friday, 30 August 2019 at 16.00; Rome, Italy time by email to tenders@idlo.int.
Services proposed shall be reviewed and evaluated based on completeness and compliance of the Proposal and responsiveness with the requirements of the RFP.
IDLO encourages prospective offerors to prevent and avoid conflicts of interest by disclosing to IDLO if any offeror or its affiliates or personnel are connected to IDLO or were involved in the preparation of the requirements, design, cost estimates, and other information used to prepare this RFP.
