SurfAid International is a nonprofit organization working towards healthy and resilient communities in remote areas connected to us through surfing. We have community based health programs in Nias, Mentawai and Bima. We are starting up Sanitation and Mother and Child Health Program in Sumba.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, community orientated and driven team members for Sumba Program.
SENIOR HEALTH PROMOTION OFFICER (SHPO SUMBA)
Responsible to implement SurfAid’s program in line with theproject plan and to provide the front-line field management support for Program Manager and provide staff leadership for Health Promotion Officer.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor Degree from Public Health or Social Science
More than 3 years working-experience with NGO or community development program or other community based program
Relevant work experience in public health, or sanitation, or livelihoods
Strong program implementation and management skills.
Peferably capable to ride motorbikes
HEALTH PROMOTION OFFICER (HPO SUMBA)
Responsible to implement health promotion activities in the targeted areas. Working with community members and other relevant stakeholders in Mother and Child Health or Comminity Based Sanitation Program (STBM)
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor Degree from Public Health or Community Development
More than 2 years similar experience
Good understanding of Mother and Child Health, Community Based Sanitation Program (STBM), Good communication, negotiation skills and diplomacy
Good sensitivity of community needs and priority
Peferably capable to ride motorbikes
FINANCE OFFICER (FO SUMBA)
Reporting to Finance Manager, the Finance Officer is responsible for accurate accounting practices and reporting to support progam activities, ensures SurfAid Finance Policies and Procedures are implemented consistently.
Minimum requirements:
Minimum bachelor degree with Accounting background and at least 4 years experience
in Finance, preferably with experience in Non Government Organization,
Experience in staff management (small team),
Good analytical skills,
Experience working with payroll and asset/inventory management,
Familiarity with MYOB and T-Pay softwares is a plus
Proven track record of transparency and accountability
LOGISTIC OFFICER (LO SUMBA)Reporting to Program Manager, responsible to provide administration and logistics supports to the team. Areas of work will include: procurement process, transportation and accommodation bookings, assets and inventory management.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor degree with more than 3 years professional experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Good understanding of administration, procurement and logistic principles
Proven ability to plan, manage and monitor the effective use and safekeeping of fixed assets and financial resources.
Ability to speak English is preferred
