Provincial Team Leader – TATTs Program
TheTATTs Team Leader is responsible for ensuring substantive capacity building andtraining assistance, documentation of lessons learned and best practices oftrainings, and knowledge management during program implementation. ProvincialTeam Leader oversees province activities regarding planning, implementation,monitoring & evaluation support, impact and sustainability, as well ascontributes to mainstream best practices at the national level to increase theBPBD organizational capacity through technical assistance and quality oftrainings. The Team Leader will promote long-term sustainability andreplicability of disaster management trainings in collaboration with DeputyChief of Party.
Qualifications:
· University degree in relevant field of Development Studies/InternationalDevelopment, Disaster Management/Environmental Management and Policy,Education, or relevant field;
· Minimum7 years of experience in effectively managing staff and coordinating with thegovernment departments (including BPBD) in the field of disaster management andcapacity building, with demonstrated technical expertise in subject matter asrequired;
· Experiencein collaboratively working with development agencies, universities, donors andgovernment departments, such as BPBDs is a strong advantage;
· Understandingand sensitive about the cultural, economic context of Ambon willbe advantage;
· Proficiency in English, both spokenand written communication is essential;
· Excellentcommunication, presentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills;
· Strong familiarity with MS Word,Excel, PowerPoint is required.
