Profile of the ideal candidate:

• Advanced University degree*) in one of the disciplines relevant to the following areas: Health & Nutrition, Education, HIV/AIDS, Youth & Adolescent Development, Water, Hygiene and Sanitation (WASH), Communication for Development, Communication, Child Protection, Social Policy, Planning  and Monitoring, Finance and Administration, ICT.At least 5 (five) years of progressive professional experience in the related field.
• Experience working in the UN or other international development organization, and field work experience would be an asset.
• Project implementation related experience with the government counterparts, donors, other UN agencies, etc. is also required.
• Strong experience in research, facilitation skills and report writing
• Good advocacy skills and proven ability to identify potential problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Ability to work productively in a multi-cultural environment
• Strong team work skills, communicates effectively to varied audiences, sets high standards for quality of work, strong analytical skill.
• Computer skills/ IT knowledge required. Proficiency in standard office applications.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal is required.

*) Or Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of working experience.
