The 2010‐2014 National Medium‐Term Development Plan (RPJMN 2010 2014) is the elaboration of the Vision, Mission, and Program of the President, the formulation of which is guided by 2005‐2025 National Long‐Term Development Plan (RPJPN 2005 2025). The Vision, Mission, and Programs of President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono and Vice President Boediono explicitly state their aspiration and conviction for realizing an Indonesia that is more advanced and prosperous, more self reliant, more secure and peaceful, and more democratic.
