The purpose of the Project is the consolidation of participatory and transparent school management which responds to local educational needs (POB) by collaboration between local education administration, schools and communities in junior secondary education in target area. To achieve this purpose, the Project focuses on capacity development of local education administration through systematizing school facilitation by supervisors. 

The Project aims to contribute to establish regional based education management for junior secondary school (SMP, MTs) in post-conflict preiod on Ambon Island.
