Pattiro is one of USAID’s direct grantees under the Strengthening Integrity and Accountability Program (SIAP-2). The Pattiro program in this SIAP-2 portfolio is aimed at creating an effective public oversight and corruption prevention system in the sectors of education, agriculture, and social welfare.

This program is comprised of three components:
Revealing integrity and accountability issues on budget expenditures of the Education Ministry’s program (BOS), the Agriculture Ministry’s program (Subsidized fertilizers), and the Social-welfare Ministry’s program (Raskin);
Supporting the integrity and accountability system model in budget expenditure of those Government’s programs;
Supporting constructive dialog among citizens, CSOs, and mass media with government officers and legislative members on implementing better integrity and accountability systems to those Government’s programs
