Applications Open for the Human Rights Leadership to Influence Policy Short Term Award


Are you working in human rights sector and passionate about protecting and promoting the human rights? If you are keen to strengthen human rights organisations and activists’ ability to influence, analyse and communicate policy agenda, collaborate with each other, and advocate the protection of the rights, apply for the Human rights leadership to influence policy Short Term Award.

The course aims to enhance coordination between human rights organisations, provide practical skills and tools to politically influence key policy-makers and politicians, help shape and communicate policies and benchmark human rights activism in Australia. The course will be offered to 25 participants with experience in human rights and human rights advocacy from relevant organisations, CSOs, research institutions and the National Human Rights Commission (Komnas HAM).

This is a fully funded course. Women and people with disabilities are encouraged to apply. All applications MUST be submitted online before 18 April 2021 at this link.
