SDGs Good Practice Compendium - UNICEF Indonesia
UNICEF Indonesia Country Office recently released a publication titled ‘Compendium of Good Practices to Support Achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) for Children in Indonesia’. The Compendium profiles 36 SDG good practices implemented by the Government of Indonesia (GoI) at national and sub-national level with support from UNICEF and its partners across 13 provinces between 2015 and 2019.
This is a timely publication, which coincides with the five-year mark into the implementation of the 2030 Agenda. The Compendium features selected best practices in advancing the SDGs across different sectors and regions, and highlights relevant key achievements, challenges, and lessons learned. Importantly, the report demonstrates political support and buy-in at national and subnational level to scale up these evidence-based best practices to accelerate the achievement of SDGs for children in Indonesia.
