The Indonesian Representative to the ASEAN Intergovernmental Commission on Human Rights (AICHR) seeks:

Programme Associate
(Temporary 3 months with possible extension)

Under the general supervision of the Assistant of the Indonesian Representative to AICHR/Senior Researcher, the incumbent shall:

1.  
   1. Assist in implementing the programme/project activities of the AICHR-Indonesia and coordinate the follow up actions and decisions.
   2. Assist in liaising with ASEAN Member States, ASEAN dialogue partners /external parties, as well as other stakeholders in project coordination and implementation
   3. Assist in liaising with relevant government agencies/institutions, civil society organizations, and other stakeholders of AICHR Indonesia at the national level
   4. Assist in drafting documents, reports, briefing notes, talking points, and presentations
   5. Perform daily report on activities related to AICHR Indonesia’s activities through the AICHR-Indonesia’s website, Facebook, twitter, and other social media
   6. Assist in drafting and preparing public information materials such as AICHR Indonesia’s press releases, statements, and publication;
   7. ssist in maintaining the AICHR-Indonesia’s database, documents, and sources.
   8. Performs any other relevant duties as required
   9. Be able to function as the developer and webmaster for AICHR Indonesia’s website will be an advantage
