David has written scientific paper which presented in national seminar, scientific paper writting competition organized by ministries
and national government agencies include Central Bank (BI).
David work for government of Siau Tagulandang Biaro Regeny in field of marine affair and fisheries agency, office unit in Biaro District.
He was a member of Eastern Indonesia Researcher Network (JiKTI : Jaringan Peneliti Kawasan Timur Indonesia)
David was awarded a Bachelor of Marine Science from Sam Ratulangi University, Manado, North Sulawesi Province, Indonesia with specialization
in coastal management program.
When study in undergraduate program, He receive a research grant from Ministry of Marine Affair (one researcher from Eastern Indonesia and Western Indonesia)
to follow the Wallacea Expedition. Also, He receive a research grant from Ministry of National Education through the program was called
"Hibah Bersaing".
In August 2007 He was represent the North Sulawesi Province in Indonesian Youth Program organized/funded by Ministry of Youth and Sports.
In August 2008 He became Supervisor in Indonesian Youth Program organized/funded by Ministry of Youth and Sports.
September 2007 until December 2007 He work for a project (to compile the tourism grand design) funded by Agency of Culture and Tourism,
Government of North Sulawesi Province.
January 2008 until December 2008 He work in Bureau of Academic Affair and International Relation, Sam Ratulangi University and became
Assistant Lecturer in Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Science.
January 2009 until now, He work for government of Siau Tagulandang Biaro Regency in field of
Marine Affair and Fisheries Agency, office unit in Biaro District.
